TrailerCheck Pro works with virtually all trailer types — from light-duty utility trailers and RVs to heavy commercial semi-trailers. The Light Duty kit includes 4-way flat and 7-way round adapters for recreational use. The Heavy Duty kit includes connectors for commercial fleets.
The TrailerCheck Pro case is powered by Milwaukee M18 batteries. The firmware includes built-in battery protection with low-voltage cutoff and audible countdown warnings to prevent over-discharge. Simply snap in any M18 battery for all-day continuous testing. DeWalt 20V MAX and Bosch 18V support coming soon.
The case uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) 5.0 for a reliable wireless connection. Multiple phones can connect simultaneously — so your entire crew can monitor and control from their own devices. For instant access, tap your phone against the NFC logo on the case to launch the web app, or navigate directly in your browser. No app install required — it runs as a Progressive Web App (PWA) directly in your mobile browser.
All TrailerCheck Pro kits include a 1-year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, component failure, and waterproofing integrity. Cable wear from normal use is not covered.

Firmware updates are delivered over-the-air (OTA) through the web app. When connected via Bluetooth, the app will notify you of available updates. One tap to download and install — the entire process takes about 60 seconds. No cables or computers required.
